Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes. As an Estonian manufacturer, we supply both custom solid wood furniture and bulk timber orders to customers throughout the European Union and internationally. All products are crated in secure wood boxes to guarantee safe transport.
Can I request a fully custom furniture design?
Yes, custom designs are our specialty. Our architectural team collaborates with you on dimensions, wood species, and metal details. We supply complete 3D models and mockups for your approval before starting any cut in the workshop.
What environmental certifications do your timber products carry?
Faber Wood OÜ is dedicated to forest conservation. All our raw lumber and wood supplies are sourced from carefully managed forests and carry FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC certifications, ensuring responsible forestry practices.
What is the typical lead time for bespoke furniture projects?
Bepoke design and manufacturing takes between 4 and 6 weeks. This timeline accounts for timber conditioning, precise cutting, assembly, and drying times for the hand-applied natural oils. Delivery within Europe takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Do you provide a warranty on your wood products?
Yes. We offer a 10-year structural warranty on all our solid wood furniture pieces. This covers structural defects, joint failures, or cracking under normal indoor climate and humidity levels.
